With over 32 years of experience in architectural practice, Guy brings wide-ranging expertise and a holistic approach to problem-solving.
Starting at Daryl Jackson Architects and seeing the advantages of working in 3D, he quickly moved into the computer-aided design and technology space and never looked back.
As Associate Director at Billard Leece Partnership, he wore many hats, including practice management, leadership and business strategy. He led all IT, BIM and Design Technology innovation and implementation, including a complete IT infrastructure solution across multiple interstate studios to support agile working and a fully integrated ERP (Enterprise Resourcing Program).
Guy has spoken at industry conferences, including Autodesk University. He has been involved in software advisory roles for various software companies and continues to use his expertise to offer strategic insights and practical advice.

Joe brings over 15 years of experience in the architectural industry.
Joe started out working ‘on the tools, contributing to architectural projects for the likes of Y2 Architects and Clarke Hopkins Clarke. A very early adopter of BIM, Joe was soon a sessional lecturer at RMIT, where he taught Design and Building Information Modelling across several departments.
Joe has been implementing, teaching and advising in roles supporting architectural practice as a consultant and internally as BIM manager to Grimshaw Architects, SJB and De Nova Group.
Joe is Viewlistic’s Design Technology leader and works with all our clients to provide customised training and support to suit their standards and systems.
Joe also provides advisory services around BIM implementation plans, manuals, and general advice.

John has over 40 years of extensive experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry.
As Design Technology Leader at Woods Bagot Melbourne, he was instrumental in implementing Autodesk Revit and the ongoing upskilling of project teams, working with BIM contractual and non-contractual workflows. He also assembled and led a digital technology team comprised of Computational, BIM and Digital Data specialists to anticipate future work processes and acted as staff mentor and internship program coordinator.
John has a long connection with education and academia, starting with Melbourne University as a part-time Tutor and later as a Subject Coordinator in Design Communications. John then worked with RMIT University in their first BIM Laboratory using Autodesk Revit and authoring two training manuals.
John is currently part of the team at Swinburne University, developing industry training material for implementing BIM workflows, allowing him to share his passion for the field with people new to the process.

Kris has eight plus years of experience with Revit, BIM, Construction Documentation in Architectural Practice. Kris has excellent communication, organisational and management skills, making him an excellent Design Technology manager and project leader.
At Viewlistic, Kris is responsible for successful implementation of Autodesk Revit and Design Technology solutions for clients looking to push the boundaries of standard practice. Using the most advanced design software available, he encourages his peers and clients to improve their workflow to make their concepts and design ideas more achievable, more efficient and ultimately more profitable.
Kris has been heavily involved in supporting clients in their BIM journey and will continue to learn and advance his skills in parallel with design leaders across the world.

Tristan Buckingham brings over a decade of experience in BIM and design technology, helping teams work smarter through better systems, training, and technical support.
He specialises in Revit content development, creating high-quality solutions that drive consistent documentation standard balanced with visual appeal.
He also supports teams with rendering workflows and demos using tools like D5 Render, Enscape, and Twinmotion.
Tristan is all about keeping things practical and approachable—working closely with clients, solving problems as they come up, and making sure the tools work for the people using them day to day.

David brings to Viewlistic a design and architecture education and over five years of professional experience.
Design is where his passion originates, but working alongside software, architectural, and structural engineers has sharpened his instinct for problem-solving.
That cross-disciplinary exposure has taken him across the industry. Ranging from BIM management, digital construction, computational design, application and plug-in development to BIM modelling and documentation.
Beyond client work, David has contributed to the upcoming generation as a teaching assistant at Swinburne University of Technology and is regularly invited as a guest panellist for student presentations.
For David, a challenge is an opportunity. His focus is people-centric solutions that are tangible, not just theoretical.

Michelle has more than 15 years’ experience in customer service, administration and management roles across a range of industries, including eight years in architecture and landscape architecture practices in Melbourne, Australia and Boston, USA.
Michelle’s strengths lie in strategic coordination, creative problem-solving and relationship-building. She enjoys using her analytical, organised way of thinking to support the architecture and design industry.
At Viewlistic, Michelle manages client licensing subscriptions and strategies, finding solutions that allow our clients to work efficiently and effectively.
Michelle’s professional experience paired with her educational background in psychology and mental health allow her to bring a unique, person-centred perspective to client relationships and the Viewlistic team.
